Q: What type of metal is used?

A: In our original collection, lead & nickel free stainless iron metal is used, but almost all studs have the option of plastic posts which contain no metal and are great for children and sensitive ears.

Our Elite Collection is created from high quality stainless steel. We do not offer plastic posts for elite styles at this time.

 

Q: Where are you located if I choose "free pick up" at check out?

A: Grand Falls-Windsor, NL.

 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Due to the nature of our products, most products are final sale. However if you are unsatisfied with your order, please reach out to us so we can make it right!

 

Q: How much is shipping?

A: Untracked shipping is available for $3 anywhere in Canada. Tracked shipping is available for a higher cost, based on weight. Free pick up is available in Grand Falls-Windsor.
